Q:  What is BEING Holistic Training?

A: BEING Holistic Training is the training of Mind, Body and Spirit. The aspects focused on are physical fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and meditation. It was founded on the bases of experiences compiled by Greg Diaz who is the founder of BEING Holistic Training. Ultimately, the goal of the training is to create a more peaceful mindset of the client and overall well-being. After effects may consists of a juicy booty, flat stomach, lean body and most of all, a change in perspective.
